There is nothing like the smell of wood fired pizza to get the
taste buds going – and you can’t beat the flavour!

The wood oven takes about 90 minutes to prepare for cooking pizza (approx. 320-380C). Roasting & baking bread are at much lower temperatures than pizza baking.

Yes, traditionally pizzas are cooked on the floor, but of course you can still use trays. Our oven is designed with a low ceiling to force the heat onto the floor, therefore takes quicker to heat, quicker to cook and uses less firewood.

Yes, so that we can commit your requested date to you we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract. We accept payment via cash or bank transfer.

Yes, we refund your full deposit as long as you give us more than 14 days’ notice. If you cancel within 14 days, please understand that we are unable to refund your deposit as we have most likely had to refuse other bookings for the same date.

We serve the entire Brisbane metro areas ( 18 km from CBD).

Our all wood-burning, 350-400˚C oven, cooks the pizzas in under three minutes, and it can cook up to 5 dinner plate sized pizzas at a time.

No, there is virtually no smoke while cooking. However, when adding wood to sustain the high temperatures, there will be minimal smoke for the first few minutes.

Our Oven is approximately 1.8 mt x 1.8 mt, and can swivel in a circle ready for placement to your desired spot.
